We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Repair Sales Manager to lead, coach and be the example for the Sales Estimator’s to aspire to become. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Branch sales targets are met and exceeded, whilst leading and instilling a winning mentality in the Repairs Sales team. The sales metrics will be reported on to the Branch Manager on a weekly basis.

The role requires a deep understanding of the UK lift industry and a strong track record of Sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Quote Volume Output: Ensuring that the Repair Sales team are hitting the weekly and monthly quote volume targets.
  • Order intake levels: Volume out = volume back. Adopt and instil an environment where the team understands the importance of output and productivity levels.
  • Gross Margin Requirements: Coach the team to understand the importance of and differences between markups and margin. This should be focused in to ensuring that margin requirements are met on every quote issued.
  • People Leadership: Lead a high calibre Repair Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and excellent customer service.
  • Branch Modernisation Sales: Carry out site surveys prior to issuing quotes for Branch level modernisations. Liaise with the customer to ensure conversion of the modernisation sale.

Experience

  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the UK lift industry with operational delivery experience at a senior level.
  • Leadership: Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating teams within a fast-paced and complex operations environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in use of CRM systems and other IT tools essential for team performance management.
