Overview
Sheridan Lifts are looking for an experienced individual with the skill set to support and develop the day-to-day process within our Projects department. The individual must be efficient organised and motivated to form part of an established team. Working for the largest independent Lift business’ in the UK, providing a whole host of vertical transport solutions to construction and end users.
Responsibilities
- Building rapport with clients and providing a friendly, helpful customer service
- Issuing required documentation in a timely manner
- Supporting the project throughout the project lifecycle from Sales to Aftercare
- Tracking & updating projects on the CRM system
- Working closely with Project Coordinators, engineers, and Service department
- Reporting into management on escalations
- Ensure projects field engineer’s schedules and diaries are filled
- Ensure installation Engineers schedules are filled
- Working across multiple spreadsheets / schedules in an efficient and organised manner
- Instructing Purchase Orders to be raised and issued
- Ordering Spare parts where required to ensure service level agreements are met
- Lead all Sales to Projects handover meetings
- Tracking stage payments ensuring they are up to date and received
- Attending client meeting on site and over teams
- Tracking financials & current spend per project
- Liaising with Sub contractors and building relationships
- Work closely with manufacturing partners on design, logistical & troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with lift consultants to ensure all agreed requirements are met
- Variation Order control management

Pay: £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 per year
