Here at Sheridan Lifts it’s always nice to receive praise. Everyone loves praise, after all! Especially when it comes direct from our clients following a visit from a lift engineer.
We thought we’d share some of the recent comments with you this morning, in case you were in need of a reliable UK lift company. Definitely not just to show off 😊
The feedback came via email from the Old Rectory Nursing home in Grappenhall near Warrington and read:
“We had the misfortune last week to have our rather ancient lift go out of action and require a repair to get it up and running again.
On Friday 27th September we had 2 of your engineers attend to carry out the installation of the repaired part of the lift.
I am writing on behalf of the staff on duty that day to complement your company on the way they conducted themselves.
They were polite and courteous throughout their time on our premises and kept us informed of progress throughout.
Anthony & Alex worked safely with minimal impact (apart from the fact we had a poorly lift of course) on the life of our residents.
Safety was also at the forefront of their minds as they ensured that they cordoned off the lift to prevent residents from putting themselves in danger.
I would like to add that our usual engineer also conducts himself in a professional manner whilst in attendance as did your other engineer who attended when unfortunately our lift threw a spanner in our well-oiled home by creating a further fault just after it had been repaired by Anthony and Alex.

This feedback actually came on the back of another email we received last week from Daniel Laming at Accrington Academy. He put in his email to us:
“Jordan has called me this morning with his plan of action. Many thanks to you and Jordan, great customer service as always. I really do appriciate the speedy manner you have dealt with this issue and hopefully all will be resolved quickly.
On another note, all the engineers and support staff that I have dealt with have all been good representatives for Sheridan Lifts. I would like to highlight Jordan and Francisco Garcia. They are both a credit to the company.
