Hello, hello, what do we have here then? Sheridan Lifts are delighted to announce the official award of the lift maintenance contract for Greater Manchester Police. What a fantastic result for our family run business.
This award is for a 3 year lift maintenance contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years which will see us conducting lift maintenance services, call outs & repairs for a total of 37 passenger lifts across their numerous sites in Greater Manchester.
The lift tender was released publicly back in October and our application was completed by our Service Director Chris Chadwick. So it’s a huge win for him personally, too.
When asked about the win Chris commented:
“We were experiencing a very busy spell when the GMP tender was released a few months ago, however it was one I was personally keen to win particularly due to where the lifts were located geographically. I was confident that we could not only meet the requirements of the specification but exceed them. When we received the notification we had been successful I was absolutely delighted.
“We have already made a start on mobilising in preparation for a March start date”.
