Here at Sheridan Lifts, our sales and estimating department is the place to be if you want to be in the midst of the action. With enquiries coming in all the time, our team work diligently to ensure all of our quotes go out in a timely fashion and are priced as competitively as they can be for our customers.
With our independence to the industry we are able to quickly identify suitable products to suit all markets, be it a 5kg goods lift or 10,000kg freight lift, 2 floor accessibility platform lift solution or a 40 floor high speed machine.
Enquiries come in to us through a host of channels including telephone or via the website and are dealt with swiftly by our team. On occasion, customers do phone in to just get a ballpark figure on what they should expect to pay for a particular lift in a particular location, and we are quite happy to advise this over the phone too. But the majority of our leads are serious enquiries from customers who require a site specific quotation for developments they are working on. This will generally be for passenger lifts, goods lifts, platform lifts or service lifts including dumbwaiters.
To extend confidence to our customers we are able to offer extended warranties to enable cash flow management and peace of mind be it 1, 3, 5 or 10 years.

I sat down with our Director of Sales and Business Development Nick Beetson and he was able to shed a bit more light on this process:
