Seeing as its Friday, I thought it would be nice to share a bit of good news with you.
Whilst we are undoubtedly operating in challenging times, it’s not all doom and gloom in the world, and today we have received some amazing praise from Rochdale Borough Council following the first few months of us taking over a large lift maintenance contract for them.
Their Service Manager sent us the following kind words:
“I have been intending to email you to say how pleased we have been with the service you have provided since our contract started with you last year. It really has been first class and even with my high standards, I have found very little that hasn’t been absolutely perfect. We haven’t received any negative feedback from customers so far, and have actually received some positive comments. All the staff in my team have expressed how positive the relationships are and how incredibly responsive you are. We have also had positive comments from other staff in the wider service after you have sorted out lifts not on the contract which have broken down.
I have also been impressed by your commitment to social value and this offer further evidences that commitment. Finally, on to Lewis Gordon, who I cannot praise enough. His persistence in getting engineers into all but 1 site has been nothing short of amazing. His regular contact, email updates, organisation, service sheets, follow ups, responsiveness and professionalism have been commented on by all staff in my team who are involved in this area of work. RBH have also commented on the incredible service they have seen so far from Sheridans and Kevin has given his senior management very positive feedback about the support and information he gets from Lewis. You are incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and capable employee!”
In a word, wow!
Our Service Director Chris Chadwick responded as such:
“We are absolutely delighted with this feedback from Rochdale Borough Council. So much so that I have just called everybody in from our service team, had Lewis stand in the middle of the room whilst I stood on one of the tables to read your full email to them all followed by a round of applause and a blushing Lewis!!!”
We always said from day one the Sheridan ethos is more than just about our ability to fix lifts, we aim to stand out from the rest. I am so very happy to hear that the service I promised to the council is being delivered and with how happy their team is”
I think it’s fair to say that Lewis was naturally delighted too!
All that remains to be said is this, if you need a lift maintenance package, you know where to come.
