On behalf of our valued clients MCR who were the developer for this project, Sheridan Lifts have worked to install passenger lifts on this brand-new residential site in Manchester’s vibrant city centre.
We’re pleased to report that we’ve now handed these over to our client.
Mason Street is a former Victorian mill that has been lovingly converted to provide a striking collection of one and two bedroom apartments with attractive living spaces and basement level duplexes. The project has been backed by the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.
Two separate structures are present on both Mason Street and Marshall Street and house 13 and 14 units respectively. This project combined is worth £7m and will bring both sites to life with this appealing city centre living option.
Within easy walking distance to Manchester Victoria and Piccadilly train stations as well as being in close proximity to tram stops served by Manchester Metrolink, these units will appeal to a wide range of potential suitors.
The visually pleasing brick mill on Mason Street oozes in charm and creates the perfect balance of a historic building combined with modern design flair – plus, there’s a welcoming entrance and foyer to create that all important good first impression to a potential buyer.
A sneak peak inside one of the units shows the kind of set up you can expect, with classical period features retained and a boutique environment encapsulated through bold, attractive design with high ceilings, spotlights and high specification appliances.
The apartments have been constructed to maximise on natural light and space, with cool tones used to create the right mood. We think they look absolutely stunning!
We are delighted to have been associated with this project and to have added to our growing portfolio of residential lift installations with such a prestigious and attractive specification of job.
