It’s not been a quiet January here for our engineers, technicians, installers or office staff, and that’s the way we like it!
We reported a few weeks ago about our numerous projects in the healthcare industry, and today we have some completed residential housing projects to report. No sector is a stranger to us here at Sheridan Lifts, such is our level of experience of when it comes to lift installation.
Over in the Wirral, some beautiful apartments are about to hit the market for sale and boy do they contain the wow factor! Just take a look at some of these pictures below.
Blueoak Estates have created The Sail, a beautiful riverside development of luxury living with views over the Marine Lake and Dee Estuary. Impressive or what?!
These stylish apartments range from 800 – 2100 square feet. There will also be 9 garages, 10 parking spaces and private lift access – which was unsurprisingly, where we got involved, fitting a three stop Kleemann passenger lift. After all, where’s the fun in flights of stairs, especially when you’ve got loads of bags of shopping?!
Meanwhile over in Sale, Manchester we have undertaken a similar project at Darley Street, which is within a stone’s throw of Sale town centre and its growing mix of bars, restaurants and shops. Its not hard to see why this district of Manchester, with its own Metrolink stop, is so popular with young professionals and commuters into the city.
Here, a new block of eight apartments featuring beautiful shaker style kitchens and bathrooms with underfloor heating range from 550sq ft to 1200sq ft.
Sheridan Lifts have been onsite doing what we do best! The first and second floor apartments are accessed via our new 7-person Kleemann lift that we have fitted within the building.
Upper floor flats also benefit from video entry intercom systems. Very nice!
